Why Work With Me
For more than two decades, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, systems change, and human development. As the former Executive Director of the ICF Thought Leadership Institute, I helped shape global conversations about the future of coaching, leadership, and well-being.
Today, I bring that experience together with my background in cultural sociology, strategic foresight, facilitation, and coaching to help leaders navigate complexity with greater clarity and confidence.
Rather than overwhelming people with information, I create the conditions for better conversations, stronger alignment, and wiser decisions. The most valuable strategy hardly comes from gathering more information. It comes from making better sense of what matters.
My work combines strategic sensemaking, futures thinking, improvisation, and human development to help professionals see patterns, strengthen alignment, and create what comes next.
